We Will Work on a Different Area of Focus Each Quarter
Digital Detox
All phones and smart devices will be collected when you check-in, and returned when you check out. If that sounds like a deal-breaker for you, then this retreat is exactly what YOU need. Taking a break from the constant updates, status reports, and notifications will allow you to take control of how you spend your time and energy and what you give your attention to.
Time in Nature
When was the last time you got outside with no phone, no distractions, and just enjoyed yourself? Getting outdoors, exploring Joshua Tree, and experiencing some of the best night skies in the country will help you leave behind the stress of your day-to-day life, slow down, relax, and feel more grounded.
Workshops
We’ll cover the basics of meditation, effective goal-setting and follow-through, breathwork, proper nutrition, success visualization, and more in our workshops together. You’ll leave the Reset Retreat with an arsenal of tools to help you take charge of your life, manage your stress levels, and make confident, intuitive decisions.
Practice
In conjunction with the workshops, we’ll take time to practice what we’re learning. The schedule includes daily early morning movement and meditation, healthy meals and snacks, journaling and reflection, and down-time to spend however you want.
Community
Come connect with like-minded individuals! We’ve kept this retreat small and personal. Spots are limited and enrollment is application-based so that we can ensure that you’ll be sharing space, learning, practicing, and having fun with a solid group of individuals who are looking to better themselves. You’ll have plenty of time to make long-term connections, network, and find support amongst your peers.
Spring
Inner Mastery
Spring is a time of fresh starts and new growth. During this quarter we focus on self-mastery, authentic self-expression, and deep inner healing. You’ll confront limiting self-beliefs, tackle harmful habits, and learn to create structure and balance in your life.
Summer
Sales
Summer is one of the most lucrative seasons for sales. During this quarter we focus on the 3 keys to sales success: Mindset, Preparation, and Practice. You’ll learn strategy from top sales experts, how to manage and increase sales, and how to turn failure into success.
Fall
Finances
You know how to make money, but what are you going to do with it? The Fall is for financial strategy. You’ll learn how to manage your personal finances as well as learn strategies for personal investing. To top it off you’ll have exclusive investment opportunities through Alchemy Sales Coaching.
Winter
Leadership & Recruiting
The more you learn, the more opportunities will arise to scale your business and share your knowledge. In the winter, we’ll focus on self-management AND management of your team. You’ll learn how to become a leader in your own life and the lives of those around you.

You’ll meet with one of our coaches to further discuss your goals, and learn more about Alchemy and the coaching packages available.
Application
You’ll fill out a brief application so we can get to know you, your goals, and what you hope to accomplish through Alchemy Sales Coaching.
Invitation & Enrollment
Once your application and discovery call is reviewed, if it seems like a good fit you’ll receive an invitation to enroll in the program.
